“Whaler’s Cove Drifting”   2021   24×36″  Oil on canvas painted ‘Sous Marine’ (underwater) – I am attaching an additional images showing an example of the technique.

This technique consists of applying oil paint on canvas underwater with no harm to the environment. I am not aware of very many people using this technique in the world and none here in California in our kelp forests. It is bringing the plein air concept into a new element.
